How Well Does Your RSE Curriculum Meet International Standards?

Is your RSE provision doing what you hope it does?

Relationships and sex education is one of the most important and most sensitive parts of school life. It is also one of the hardest to get right. This self-assessment helps you step back and take an honest look at where your school is now across eight key areas, from policy and curriculum to staff confidence, parent partnership and safeguarding.

It takes around 10 minutes. At the end you will receive a visual profile of your provision, a summary of your strengths and priority areas, and suggested next steps. There are no right or wrong answers, only an honest starting point.

Your profile across the eight sections. The further a point is from the centre, the stronger the provision.
