ABOUT CHOICE & CONSENT

Guiding Schools Toward Clarity and Confidence

Choice & Consent is dedicated to supporting schools and communities in delivering clear, informed, and age-appropriate relationships and sexual health education. I work collaboratively with educators to create learning environments built on respect, confidence, and understanding.

Hello, my name is Natalie. I am an international educator with over a decade of experience working in the UK, Singapore, Egypt, and China, teaching Geography and Relationships and Sexual Health Education (RSE).

I hold a Master’s in International Education, where my research focused on effective professional development for educators.

My passion for RSE grew during my time in international schools, where I saw the impact that thoughtful, well-delivered education can have on young people. Recognising this, my previous school created a dedicated whole-school role for me as Relationships and Sexual Health Education Coordinator.

In this role, I designed and implemented curriculum, supported colleagues in delivering sensitive topics, and worked closely with parents to encourage meaningful conversations at home. I was also invited to deliver professional development at conferences across Asia, including designing and leading a two-day RSE conference attended by educators from schools across China.

This experience led me to create Choice & Consent Ltd, a consultancy supporting international schools to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed relationships and sexual health education. My work focuses on building confident educators, engaging parents, and helping schools develop thoughtful, age-appropriate programmes that reflect their values and communities.

Who am I?

My mission is to empower young people to think critically about their own values and beliefs by providing the time, space, and support needed to explore ideas and make informed choices. I help students engage with information thoughtfully, develop their own perspectives, and navigate the world with confidence, reflection, and respect for others. Through practical resources, workshops, and professional development for schools, I create learning experiences that nurture agency, curiosity, and respectful dialogue, preparing students to approach life with insight and integrity.
